All orders are shipped as soon as the customer’s payment is received in our bank account. This can take up to 4 business days.

Parcel delivery service DELAYS:

Occasionally parcel delivery services can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on their part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact the relevant parcel delivery service for help.

International Shipping:

International orders can take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Some countries charge taxes on your order. This is not common but CAN happen. We are not responsible for these fees. Once your order is shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
